Terms of Service

Welcome to Sleipnir Plug-in. Before using Sleipnir Plug-in you must read and agree to these Sleipnir Plug-in Terms of Service. By downloading Sleipnir Plug-in, you will be indicating your agreement with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms Services, you may not use Plug-in.

1. Licensing
This software is dedicated software of Sleipnir, which specializes in customization of Web browsers.
If you download this software, you will be considered to agree with these Terms of Service. Only users who agree with these Terms of Service are licensed to use this software, which is to be set as an advanced function of Sleipnir.

2. Attribution of Copyright and other rights
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in this software are reserved by Fenrir Inc. or its suppliers, which rights are protected by the laws of Japan and other countries. No user may obtain any such rights.

3. Terms of distribution
No user may distribute this software on the Internet. Further, no user may reproduce or publish this software in any written form, including books and magazines, except with the prior permission of Fenrir Inc.

4. Prohibited acts
A user may not do any of the following:
a) Reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, trading, reselling or exploiting for any commercial purposes all or any portion of Sleipnir Plug-in.
b) Reverse-engineering, decompiling or disassembling this software, in whole or in part.
c) Alteration or deletion, in whole or in part, of this software or any of its documentation, including these Terms of Service.
d) Any commercial or business use (which does not include use shown in the box below) or any secondary use of this software.
- Personal use at one's place of employment.
- Use for a demonstration or meeting at one's place of employment.
e) Using this software in conjunction with other software.

5. Countermeasures
In the event a user contravenes these Terms of Service, Fenrir Inc. may take countermeasures, including legal proceedings.

6. Support of Software
Fenrir Inc. shall have no obligation to offer updated versions of this software, to support installation or use of this software, or to remedy any failures, inoperability or other problems that may arise with this software.
Fenrir Inc. may, at its own discretion, offer users updated versions of this software and related information. In such case, these Terms of Service shall also apply to any such updated versions and any such information.

7. No Warranty
This software is not subject to any warranty. In particular, we do not warrant that this software is non-defective or is suitable for any purpose. We do not warrant this software will run, even if used on a computer with appropriate specifications.

8. Exclusion of liability
- Fenrir Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages resulting from any use of this software.
- Fenrir Inc. makes no warranty whatsoever as to any quality level, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose of this software.
- Fenrir Inc. assumes no responsibility whatsoever the correction of any defects or any updating of this software.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
Fenrir Inc. may make changes to these Terms of Service at any time at its own discretion. All users will be bound by all such changes as soon as they are posted on this website.

10. Governing law and court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Japan. The District Court of Osaka shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute that may arise out of or in connection with these Terms of Service or Sleipnir Plug-in software.

11. Other
- Fenrir Inc. may at any time and at its own discretion change the specifications of this software and any related information etc.
- Fenrir Inc. may at any time and at its own discretion stop publication of this software.
- This software may include auto-update programs for data and programs. This software may obtain the latest data and update information from a server managed by Fenrir Inc., only for the purpose of quality improvement of this software, including correction of its weaknesses. Under no circumstances will any information about any user be supplied to any other person without such user's permission.
