When you cannot solve your problems or find answers...

Please send us an email with information below:

We will check the situations, reasons of the problems and find their solutions referring information your send. Please write details as much as possible so that we can answer your questions and reply you soon.

1. Your name
2. Client Information

Select "Help -> About" from the menu bar and press Ctrl + C to copy client information.
*If you are using Sleipnir 2.5.12 or lower, you cannot copy client information with the steps above.
In that case, please let us know your version of OS, Sleipnir, and Internet Explorer.

3. Antivirus soft/ Firewall soft

Please write version information of these 2 softwares.
Ex) Norton Internet Security 2008, Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 etc

4. Softwares in your PC (something you think it may affect the problems)

Please include this information if it is possible.

5. Type of inquiry(questions or reporting bugs)

*If you write only situation, we cannot know if you are asking questions or reporting bugs. So please write type of inquiry.

6. Details of the situation or problems
  • What did you do when a problem occur? (If it happens only with specific URL, please send us the URL information too)
  • How often does the problem occur? (ex)all the time, once in five times, it happens when I use Sleipnir for 3hrs)
  • When did it start happning?(ex) After updating software, reinstalling OS)
  • Content of a error message (You can copy its content with Ctrl + C)
  • Whether it happens with Internet Explorer or not.
