Select "Help -> About" from the menu bar and press Ctrl + C to copy client information.
*If you are using Sleipnir 2.5.12 or lower, you cannot copy client information with the steps above.
In that case, please let us know your version of OS, Sleipnir, and Internet Explorer.

Please write the version information of these 2 software programs.
Ex) Norton Internet Security 2008, Kaspersky Internet Security 7.0 etc

• What did you do when a problem occurred? (If it happens only with specific URL, please send us the URL information too)
