Q :Sleipnir doesn't show Icon, and some item show garbage character.
A :'Now, we are seeking this problem.
Please clear your cache once as a transitory solvent.
- Clearing the cash.
Turn off "Enable cache setting/image files" button at "Tool --> Sleipnir option --> Client --> General" in the menu bar, and then restart Sleipnir.
If Sleipnir shows them correctly, turn on same button if you want.
Q :I want to make icon size smaller.
A :Icon size is determined by the skin.
You can install the skin which has small icon and apply it to make them smaller.

Q :Can't see the Web page which use Flash.
A :If you want to use ActiveX (Ex. Flash, Shockwave), right Click at the Quick Security bar at the lower-right part. Then, make sure you turned on "Enable ActiveX" (* NOT Download ActiveX)
* For Security Reasons, We recommend you should turn off same button after looking that web page.
Q :I can't see the Web page which uses JavaScript.
A :If you want to use JavaScript, right Click at the Quick Security bar at the lower-right part. Then, make sure you turned on "Enable JavaScript"

Q :I don't want to display Address bar and Link bar.
A : Turn off "Address Bar" button and "Link Bar" button at "View --> Toolbars" in the menu bar.
Q :I want to change the button on the default toolbar.
A :You can change by following steps.
1.Select "Toolbar -> customize" at "View" from menu bar.
\n2.Select add/remove button from "Available toolbar buttons" and "current toolbar buttons"
\n3.Click close
Q :Windows shows error when the menu is shown.
A :We know this problem occur if your PC's Video Card is RADEON (ATI Technologies Inc., Advanced Micro Devices Inc.). What we know is the problem occurs when you use the Utility software which name is Hydravision.
- Using Hydravision and multi monitor
- Error Message shown by windows is "An invalid argument was encountered."
- If you update Hydravision to latest version, there is possibility to improvement of the situation.
- If you update Driver of RADEON (Catalyst Control Center) to latest version, there is possibility to improvement of the situation.
- If you cancel out Sleipnir at the Hydravision setting of each application, there is possibility to improvement of the situation.
These are all we know about this problem.
Notice: Although this information is not tested by Fenrir & Co., we will plan to keep on checking over.
Q :I want to make character larger.
A :You have 3 choices to make character larger.
1. Click the magnifier icon and select higher than 100%. Then, whole page is zoomed up.
If you spin the mouse wheel with pushing Alt key, you do same thing in different way.
2. Make font size larger.
Select "Larger/Largest" at "View --> Text Size", and then text size becomes larger
If you spin the mouse wheel with pushing Ctrl key, you do same thing in a different way.
3. Using Windows Standard tool "Magnifier" *Magnifier exist Windows XP/Vista only.
Run Magnifier [Windows Start Menu --> Program --> Accessories --> Ease of Access]
Magnifier zooms up just locality mouse part.
Q :Sleipnir shows "Can't connect the server." to any URL.
A :Please allow Sleipnir Connection at Firewall setting.
Q :Can't display specific Web pages.
A :There are four possible reasons of problems. Make sure your settings.
* web page is pop-up blocked
Allow pop-up temporally or add allowed URI to the pop-up block manager by following steps.
[allow pop-up temporally.]
1.Display webpage you want to allow to show.
2.Turn off "Enable Pop-up Block" at the "Security" from menu bar.
[add allowed URI to the pop-up block manager.]
1.Display web page you want to allow to show.
2.Select "Pop-up block manager" from "Security" on the menu bar.
3.Click "Add this page"
4.Make sure URL and click OK
5.Click close
* web page is not adopted to current UseAgent.
1.Select "Sleipnir Option -> View -> Trident" at "Tool" from the menu bar.
2.Click drop down menu and select "<Internet Explorer>"
3.Click OK

Information of OS or Browser which Browser will send to the server.
* Set some action at URI action manager.
Disable URI action by following steps.
Turn off "Enable URI action" at "Tool" on the menu bar.
If the problem is solved, URL action manager settings have some troubles.Make sure your setting of the webpage.
* web page is registered to Black list of Firewall settings.
Please check the detail setting steps of security software at the support site of Security software you use.
A :We are already compatible with getting Favicon via Link tag when we release Sleipnir 2.5.0 right version. However, we do not accept getting Favicon which locate at upper directly of the web server.
It is because that we do not want to become load each web server. So, we don't have planned to correspond in the future.
Q :Runtime (script) error happens.
A :If you don't want to shoe script error when you use Sleipnir, operate following 2 setting.
1. Turn on [Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) / Disable script debugging (Other)] and Turn off [Display a notification about every script error] at [Tool --> Internet Option --> Advanced].
2. At the security, turn on [Close error dialogs] button at [Security] in the menu bar.
Q :Web page shows garbage character
A :Change encode by following steps
1. Select "encode" at "View" on the menu bar
2. Click Auto detect.
If problem is not fixed, try other encode, please.
Q :I want to zoom in/out the web pages
A :You can zoom in/out Web pages by following steps.
[Zoom in/out from menu bar]
1. Select "View -> zoom" from the menu bar
2. Select the zoom size you want.
[Zoom in/out from states bar]
1. Click "100%" on the states bar
2. Select the zoom size you want.
Q :I want to change size of words.
A :You can change via following steps.
1. Select "text size" at View on the menu bar
2. Select the text size you want.
You can change by using moving mouse wheel with keep pressing Ctrl Key.
Q :I do not know how to release full screen mode.
A :Press F11 key
*F11 key is a key for switch full screen.

Q :I want to change how Sleipnir looks.
A :Sleipnir looks more better by skin, and design.
skin:To change toolbar icon, Dock icon or background.
design:To change style such as menu component or toolbar layout.
You can change design and skins via following steps.
[Change Skin]
1.Select "Change design -> skin" at "Tool" on the menu bar.
2.Choose skin from installed skin list.
3.Click Apply
You can get the latest skin from "Get new skin"

3.Restart Sleipnir
Be careful about that if you change design, some of settings will be changed.
*you cannot change design if you are using Portable Sleipnir.
